1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okabet website or platform (collectively, "the Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the okabet Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or services offered on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okabet with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and okabet regarding the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the okabet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing okabet from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. okabet makes no representations regarding the legality of its services outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold an okabet account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, officers, directors, agents, or contractors of okabet or its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from okabet or from gambling platforms regulated by PAGCOR; (d) persons who have been previously banned from the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the okabet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and registered Philippine mobile number. okabet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). As required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions, okabet is obligated to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all account holders. You agree to provide, upon request, a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify okabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the okabet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is performed at the player wallet level.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. okabet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in channels. Available methods may be updated from time to time at okabet's discretion.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods may vary and are published in the banking section of the Platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–60 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. okabet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above defined thresholds.

4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your okabet account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made through payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or reversed.

4.6 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. okabet reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to inactive accounts, provided the account balance permits. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General. All wagers placed on the okabet Platform are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific game rules published within each game or betting market. In the event of conflict, game-specific rules prevail.

5.2 Void Bets. okabet reserves the right to void bets that are placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or where a technical malfunction is identified. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's wallet.

5.3 Maximum Winnings. Certain game categories or individual games may have maximum single-session or single-bet winning limits. These limits are published within the relevant game interfaces. Any winnings that exceed applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

5.4 Disputed Results. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by the outcome of live dealer sessions. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in okabet's server logs shall be definitive. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with okabet customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by okabet are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility conditions. General and promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms. Wagering on certain game categories (such as live dealer, certain table games, or sports betting) may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions through collusion, arbitrage, system manipulation, or patterns of play designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intention constitutes bonus abuse. okabet reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and will not be reinstated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okabet Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Colluding with other players in live games, poker, or any other multi-player format.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation are void and subject to recovery.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent the one-account policy or claim duplicate bonuses.

okabet reserves the right to take appropriate remedial action — including account suspension, voiding of winnings, and recovery of wrongly credited funds — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the okabet Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, images, and interface design, is the proprietary property of okabet or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okabet.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.2 okabet shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party systems including payment processors, mobile networks, or internet service providers; or (d) technical failures outside okabet's direct control.

9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 By okabet. okabet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) regulatory requirement or court order; (e) account inactivity as defined in Section 4.6.

10.2 By the Player. You may close your okabet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending withdrawal review flags on the account.

11. Responsible Gaming

If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory body or submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
